Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. Scope
The following Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all contracts concluded between Fullvoid Studio (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “Fullvoid Studio”) and our customers (hereinafter referred to as “customer” or “you”) via the website www.fullvoidstudio.com. Fullvoid Studio is operated by the self-employed designers Adrian Klewe and Jasper Mendel.

2. Contract Conclusion
A contract is concluded when the customer submits a request via our website and we confirm it, or when we otherwise accept the order or request. This can also be done by delivering the product/service.

3. Services
Fullvoid Studio offers the following services:

• Footwear Design: Everything around the next banger – from concept to final design.

• Project Consulting: We guide projects from the very first idea to the moment your customer smiles with satisfaction.

• Objects: Design and development of various objects – from interior design to accessories, from gadgets to products.

Each service is individually agreed upon with the customer.

4. Prices and Payment
All prices stated on the website are final prices in euros and include statutory VAT, unless otherwise specified. Payment is made via [bank transfer, PayPal, credit card], or another payment method offered on the website. Payment must be made in full before the service is provided unless otherwise agreed.

5. Delivery
The provision of the agreed-upon service takes place within the time frame agreed upon with the customer. If delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will notify the customer immediately.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
As our services are often customized to meet the individual needs of the customer, the right of withdrawal pursuant to legal regulations (§ 312g BGB) is generally excluded. Further details on the right of withdrawal will be specified in the individual offer or contract.

7. Liability
Fullvoid Studio is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior. For minor negligence, we are only liable if essential contractual obligations are breached, and liability is limited to foreseeable damages.

8. Copyright
All designs and works created by Fullvoid Studio, including but not limited to drafts for products, objects, and services, are subject to copyright and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without our explicit written consent. The rights to the designs are transferred only after full payment for the agreed services has been made.

9. Data Protection
The protection of your personal data is important to us. All information regarding the collection, processing, and storage of your data can be found in our privacy policy, available at [link to privacy policy].

10. Final Provisions
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is [city, e.g., Berlin]. If any provision of these T&C is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the contract shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that comes closest to the economic intent of the invalid provision.
